In 1972 the company bought its first farm in the first hills of Cesena in the locality of San Tommaso. Over the years the company has grown by planting new vineyards between the towns of Saiano, San Tommaso and Montenovo. Today the company manages about 20 hectares of vineyards planted with the main Romagna vines such as Sangiovese,
Albana, Trebbiano, Pagadebit, Famoso and Cagnina and in addition they are implanted
also some fine clones of international vines such as Cabernet, Merlot, Pinot Bianco and chardonnay. The harvest is strictly manual with particular attention paid to the selection of the grapes.
The complexities of our terroir, the sense of place created by the interaction between soil, climate and topography give birth to our wines as they are.
The wines that come from our soils are full, warm, very savory, with very dense aromas and flavors - cherry, blackberry - and beautiful silky tannins, thanks to a clayey soil in some areas rich in marine fossils.
