Intense ruby red wine with light purple hues.
The olfactory range of good intensity and elegance opens with hints of red fruits fused with pleasant spicy notes. The taste expresses a full-bodied, soft structure, with a certain freshness that well supports the alcohol content.
Specifications
Vinification
The grape harvest takes place in the second decade of October, followed by fermentation on the marc for 15 days at a controlled temperature. Then begins a long stop on the fine lees (battonage) during which the malolactic fermentation takes place.
From the following spring we proceed with the decanting. Bottling takes place after a stop in the cellar for at least one year and marketing after a further six months in the bottle.
